Summary

A case of adult neuroblastoma with initial manifestation of acute pancreatitis is reported. In the present case, the coexisting of extremely differentiated nodules and of pseudorosettes with very undifferentiated cells was histologically revealed. Excessive excretion of vanillylmanderic acid in urine was not shown during his course. The authors reviewed 51 cases of adult abdominal neuroblastoma in Japan.
