Conclusions

  1. 1.

    The use of hydraulicking when processing muddy industrial and sewer sludge in Moscow city limits promotes improvement of the environmental and sanitary-epidemiological safety of the city and is becoming a radical methods of controlling pollution of cities by industrial, municipal, and domestic waste.

  2. 2.

    The hydraulicking method of clearing and dredging water areas, reclaiming lands, providing public services and amenities, and filling protective bank reinforcement structures solves problems of the multipurpose and efficient use of the country’s natural resources, restoration of the water-resources potential, safety of operating reservoirs and hydraulic structures, and improving the health of the environment.
