Conclusion
“ Singularities ” are finite closed regions in space-time rather than points and a physical system forgets completely its past (black-out of information) once it is inside this closed region. Furthermore, we do not expect to measure a gravitational or electric field outside a singular region because of the change of topology and it is not possible to measure physical quantities defined on another region with different topology.
