Summary
We discuss the consistency of KNO scaling in the CERN collider energy range with the scaling function\(\psi _a \left( x \right),q \geqslant 2,\), derived by us earlier. It is suggested that each distinctq may be connected withq loops in the leading-log approximation (LLA) of QCD.
