Summary
Energy density and flux are calculated in the framework of random electrodynamics (RED) for the vacuum state in the presence of a moving boundary condition (mirror). For reasons of simplicity and in order to compare with analogous results of QED it is assumed, that zero-point radiation propagates only in thez-direction.
It is shown, that results are identical with those obtained by quantum electrodynamics (QED).
