Summary
Using a semi-relativistic approach, we derive in a straightforward way the conditions for the collapse of one charged particle of angular momentuml bound to a pointlike and massive nucleus. We study also the collapse of a system of identical particles interacting through a Coulomb or a gravitational potential.
