Summary
We compute dynamically the strangeness density\(\left\langle {\bar ss} \right\rangle _S \) and strangeness quark spin\(\left\langle {\bar s\gamma _\mu \gamma _5 s} \right\rangle _S \) in the nucleon as coupled nonperturbatively through meson tadpole graphs. The theory and phenomenology of meson mixing then suggests that the strangeness content of the nucleon is quite minimal.
