Si espone un metodo grafico per la determinazione dei parametri caratteristici di propagazione di un'onda acustica piana in un materiale omogeneo.

Summary

A new graphical method to obtain the parameters of propagation in a homogeneous acoustical material is exposed: it is not necessary to know the acoustical impedance for two lenghts of the material in a definite ratio, the method being based on the consideration of small variations of the impedance for corresponding length variations of the material. The method is suitable when the propagation parameters are not constant, but variable with the length of the material. An example of calculation for a material composed of metallic wires is given.
