E/D NMOS chopper-stabilized op AMP

Abstract

This paper discusses the design method of E/D NMOS chopper-stabilized op amp. The offset factors are analyzecd and the new formulae are derived. The test circuit is simulated with the SPICE-II, and the experiment of the test chip shows a satisfactory result.
