Frequency-domain method for reconstruction of the parameters of dielectric slabs

Abstract

The complex parameters of dielectric slabs can be reconstructed according to the scattered field data if the slabs are illuminated by a harmonic electromagnetic wave and the scattered field is measured. This paper describes a method for reconstruction of the parameters of single or double inhomogeneous lossy dielectric slabs. The numerical results are demonstrated.
