Summary
A case of conjoined twins united at the pubic symphysis with a common hindgut ending in a rectovesical pouch and rectal atresia is reported. Immediate surgical intervention was necessitated by the absence of the anal openings. The cause of death could be mainly attributed to the prematurity of the babies.
