Summary

A case of primary of a 47-year-old Japanese male was reported. He showed remarkable clinical and biochemical improvement on gluten-free diet and gained 12.5 kg in four months. Approximately one and a helf years later he was found that he had developed retroperitoneal lymphatic reticulosarcoma.
