On the dynamical origin of effective symmetries by means of nonlinear realizations

Il Nuovo Cimento A (1965-1970)

Summary

It is shown that all effective fields of the standardSU 2⊗⊗U 1SU 3 theory can be interpreted in the form of linear or nonlinearSU 2 realizations hinting at an underlying onlySU 2 gauge-invariant dynamics with composite gauge, Higgs, quark and lepton fields.
