Summary

A satisfactory description of Riemann-CartanU 4 manifolds is obtained as a gauge theory associated with the Poincaré group and formulated in flat space-time. The formulation does not introduce anyad hoc prescription to identify the tetrads. The connection with the usual local descriptions is also worked out explicitly.

Si ottiene una descrizione soddisfacente delle varietàU 4 di Riemann-Cartan come teoria di gauge associata al gruppo di Poincaré e formulata nello spazio-tempo piatto. La formulazione non introduce nessuna prescrizionead hoc per identificare le tetradi. Si elabora esplicitamente la connessione con le consuete descrizioni locali.
