Abstract

Microscopic analysis of inelastic scattering of3He ions on the14C nucleus at an incident energy 37.9MeV leading to the excitations of negative parity states 6.09(1), 6.73(3) and 7.34(2) MeV has been performed and some possible particle-hole transitions leading to these states in14C are suggested.
