Additional information

In 1947 the author conducted a survey to determine the extent to which AV methods and techniques were being incorporated into the pre-service and in-service teacher education programs throughout the nation. A decade later an identical survey was made to determine the nature and extent of changes in these programs. This is the first in a series of articles which will compare the two status surveys.
