Abstract

The effect of heat and force treatment of a system on the physicochemical processes in it and the formation of the structure of the green is studied. It is found that cementing substances represented mainly by alkaline hydroaluminosilicates of zeolite type and low-temperature modifications of crystalline SiO2 that maintain a stable volume in polymer transformations are synthesized in the course of hydrothermal and force treatment of a finely milled chamotte mixture mixed with an aqueous solution of liquid glass. New formations with such a structure provide high resistance of the material to the effect of elevated temperatures.
