Conclusions
The examined objects of hydropower construction are needed for supporting normal life in the regions in the near future. During further planning works it is necessary to search for ways to increase the profitability of the objects and reduce the volume of the start-up complexes and construction time; for each object to work out investment plans with suggestion of potential investors including joint-stock companies with the attraction of state and private domestic and foreign capital.
