The deposition of nickel-teflon composite coatings from sulfamate baths

Abstract

Sulfamate baths for obtaining nickel-teflon composite coatings with improved tribological properties are proposed. Their formation mechanism is examined, and the electrolysis parameters for applying coatings with high teflon content are optimized.
