Serum magnesium in health and disease

Analysis of estimation in 500 children

Summary

Serum magnesium levels were determined in 500 children—100 normal controls and 400 patients with various clinical disorders. A wide range of values was obtained. The clinical features of hypomagnesaemia and its treatment are discussed.
