Summary
Two cases of leukaemia, one acute myeloid and the other acute lymphatic, with bone changes are described. The bone changes included a band of metaphyseal rarefaction, destructive areas, generalised osteoporosis and subperiosteal ossification. The skull was involved in one case. No ossification changes were found. The literature is reviewed.
