Isothermal current decay in anthracene crystals

Summary

The isothermal current-time characteristics obtained with anthracene crystals in experimental conditions such that the carrier lifetime is greater than the transit time are studied. Analysis of the current decay reveals the presence of deep trapping levels. The activation energyE=0.70 eV and the frequency factor ϕ=0.65·1013 s−1 of the main effect are determined.

Si prendono in esame le curve di decadimento isotermico ottenute in cristalli di antracene in condizioni sperimentali tali che la vita media dei portatori sia maggiore del tempo di transito. Dall'analisi dei dati sperimentali si è rivelata la presenza di profondi livelli di intrappolamento per buche. Per il principale sono stati determinati i valori dell'energia di attivazioneE=0.70eV e della frequenza di sfuggita ϕ=0.65·1013s−1.

Исследуются изотермические зависимости тока от времени, полученные в кристаллах антрацена при таких экспериментальных условиях, что время жизни носителей значичельно больше времени перехода. Анализ затухания тока указывает на существование глубоких уровней ловушек. Определяется энергия активацииE=0.70 эВ и частотный фактор ϕ=0.65·1013 сек−1 главного эффекта.
