  4. For the reader’s convenience we repeat here the definitions ofφ i:φ 1 −φ 1(3/2, 1/2),φ 2 =φ 2(1/2, 1/2),φ 3 =φ 3(− 1/2, 1/2),ϕ 4 =φ 1(− 3/2, 1/2). We have chosen the metrics −g 00 =: 1 − +g 11 −g 22 −g 33 instead of the metrics which has been used in ref. (3). There are several misprints in the formulae (A.9) of ref. (5).

  5. If one takes into account the restrictions forB i that come from Froissart bounds for forward scattering amplitudes, one may find for larges that |B 1| ⩽c 1 s −1, |B 2| ⩽c 2 s 0 in the forward direction (neglecting the logs dependence of the Froissart bounds (7).
