Summary
This note discusses the pairing effect in relation to the six-quark (q6) states composed of the light quarks u, d and s. In particular, the bearing of this effect on the binding energies and as such on the masses of those states has been emphsized. This point is clearly reflected in the modification, as shown in this note, of the bagmodel-estimated masses of the light strange q6-states due to pairing phenomenon which occurs in these states.
