Neurilemmomatosis and neurofibromatosis syndrome

Abstract

A family is reported in which different types of CNS tumors have been segregating over two generations. In only one affected individual mild peripheral skin lesions are present suggestive of von Recklinghausen's disease. The association of neurilemmoma with neurofibromatosis is discussed with particular reference, to genetic counselling.
