The electromagnetic structure of vector mesons insu 3 symmetry

Summary

Rclations for the magnetic-dipole and eleotric-quadrupole moments of vector mesons inSU 3 symmetry are given. For the model in which the electromagnetic form factors are dominated by the vector meson pole, the anomalous magnetic moments of vector mesons which belong to an octet inSU 3 are found to be equal to the normal ones. The model also gives expressions for the form factors.

Si danno relazioni per i momenti di dipolo magnetico e di quadrupole elettrico dei mesoni vettoriali nella simmetriaSU 3. Si trova che per il modello in oui i fattori di forma elettromagnetici sono dominati dal polo del mesone vettoriale i momenti magnetici anomali dei mesoni vettoriali che appartengono a un ottetto inSU 3 sono uguali a quelli normali. II modello dà anche delle espressioni per i fattori di forma.
