Summary
We have re-examined the Ball and Chew model, and we have calculated more precisely the total and differential elastic cross-sections and the polarization, with and without Coulomb scattering, in the (30 / 280) MeV interval, by using recently derived potentials for the outer region of theN-N interaction.

Abbiamo riesaminato il modello di Ball e Chew e abbiamo calcolato più accuratamente la sezione d’urto totale e differenziale elastica, e la polarizzazione, con e senza diffusione coulombiana, nell’intervallo di energia (30 / 280) MeV. La parte esterna dell’interazione è stata descritta con potenziali calcolati recentemente.
