Summary
In this paper a manifestly covariant theory for a particle with any integer or half-integer spin is given as differential equations relating two symmetric spinors. The plane-wave solutions are exhibited in a form directly applicable to calculations involving high-spin particles. The continuity equation, for the conserved quantities corresponding to both the continuous and discontinuous, covariant transformations of the system is derived for any spin. Application of the theory is made to spin 1/2 and spin one.
