An unusual form of gigantism

Summary

A case of an unsual form of gigantism is presented. The gigantism manifested itself as increasing and asymmetrical hypertrophy of the body from the lower thorax down to the feet. There was associated microcephaly with mental retardation. The probable pathogenesis is briefly discussed.
