Summary
Two cases of ventricular tachycardia in children are presented. In one child, no underlying heart disease was demonstrable. The other child, who had a congenital heart disease (left to right shunt) developed the arrhythmia during anaesthesia prior to cardiac catheterization. The literature on the subject is reviewed.
