Summary

The modification of the dipole sum rule for the nonlocal Tabakin potential is calculated in second-order perturbation theory. The included correlations cause an increase of about 60% for the value of the anomaly compared to the outcome of the independent-particle model.

Si calcola nel secondo ordine della teoria delle perturbazioni la modificazion e della regola di somma dei dipoli per il potenziale di Tabakin non locale. Le correlazioni inc luse causano un aumento di circa il 60% nel valore dell’anomalia in confronto al risultato del modello a particelle indipendenti.

Во втором порядке теории воэмушений вычисляется модификация диполыгого правила сумм для нелокального потенциала Табакина. Учтенные корреляции обуславливают увеличение примерно на 60% для величины зтой аномалии, по сравнению с предскаэаниями модели неэависимых частиц.
