Summary
y-scaling is discussed in terms of three different scaling variables: the usual West variabley 0 =Mω/q - q/2, representing the minimal longitudinal momentum of a Fermi-gas nucleon, and two other variables which enclose the effects from nuclear binding in a finite nucleus and from final-state interaction. Recent experimental data on12C are analysed in terms of these variables.
