Summary
From the Q2 evolution of the fragmentation functions, a power series in In In θ2/A2 for the multiplicity is derived. The power series is then used to fit the charge multiplicity in the electropositron annihilation at 1.435 s Bc.m. s 31.6 GeV. The results are reasonably good.
