A fermion mass relation and prediction of the top-quark mass in a composite quark-lepton model

  • Published:
Lettere al Nuovo Cimento (1971-1985)

Summary

A mass relation for nine charged fermions of three-quark lepton generations is derived from a Higgs mechanism based on a left-right symmetric composite model. The top quark mass is predicted to be mt ≃ 52 GeV from the relation.
