Is the angular-momentum-dependent anomalous weight reduction true?

Summary

It is pointed out that the data on reduction of the weight of a rotating disk contradicts the data on the anomalous magnetic moment and the data on the Rydberg constant. Thus the result of the weight reduction seems to be quite doubtful.
