Quantitative drop analysis. VI. Total nitrogen by diffusion

  • Originalabhandlungen
  • Published:
Mikrochemie

Summary

A diffusion method for analysis of nitrogen containing solutions on the drop scale is described. The amounts of nitrogen in the samples reported varied between 1.18γ and 9.46γ.

A new type of diffusion cell making this determination possible is described.

The mean error over the range reported was about 1 percent with the maximum error of the lowest amounts, about 5 percent.
