Summary
Resonance production cross-sections in nonstrange annihilation channels have been studied in the c.m. energy interval from 2.13 to 2.29 GeV where the first bump in the\(\bar {\mathcal{N}} \mathcal{N}\) cross-section forI = 1 had been observed. None of the resonance intermediate states we have analysed shows a structure large enough to be mainly responsible for the enhancement.

Sono state studiate le sezioni d’urto per produzione di risonanza nell’annichilazione in pioni nell’intervallo di energia nel centro di massa tra 2.13 e 2.29 GeV, dove è stato osservato un picco della sezione d’urto\(\bar {\mathcal{N}} \mathcal{N}\) nello stato di spin isotopicoI = 1.
