Summary

Equilibrium nonlinear fluctuation-dissipation theorems are derived from second-order statistical mechanical perturbation theory for a nonrelativistic classical electron plasma in a constant external magnetic field. The time-dependent external perturbation is specified to contain both longitudinal (with respect to the wave vector) and transverse field components.
