Samir T. IsHak (United States of America) Ph.D. Professor of International Business and Management at Grand Valley State University, Michigan, and President of International Consultants Inc. His areas of expertise include organizational development, privatization, managing change, and structural adjustment and economic reform. He is a consultant to several international corporations and organizations and has served as UNDP senior consultant to the Social Fund for Development in Cairo since 1994. His publications include two books and over ninety articles and research papers.
Hussein M. El Gammal (Egypt) Ph.D. Managing Director of the Social Fund for Development in Egypt from 1993 to the present. He is a Professor and former Dean of the Benha Institute of Advanced Technology, and has served as senior consultant and manager at the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research and in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. He is the author of several books and many scholarly articles in the areas of engineering and social development.
