Summary
The systematics of experimental charge radii of elements and elementary particles π−, K−, K0, p and n is discussed. The root-mean-square charge radius of a quark core in nucleons derived from the systematics is estimated to be 0.3 fm. Charge radii evaluated from Coulomb displacement energies are also tabulated.
