Summary
The cluster radioactive-decay theories are shortly discussed, describing the features of the α-decay-like theoretical approach, as being appropriate to take into account the nuclear structure of initial, final and emitted nuclei. A suitable method for computing the cluster overlap integral in the Woods-Saxon shell model is presented, as a first step to calculate the cluster emission probabilities.
