Gravitational and electric fields of a massive charged source described by complex tetrads

Summary

We have shown recently that the gravitational and electromagnetic fields outside a massive, charged source can be represented by a tensor of mixed symmetry built from complex tetrad fields. Here we show that an explicit form of such tetrads can be found, representing the Nordstrøm-Reissner gravitational field and the Coulomb electric field outside a massive charged static source.

Si è recentemente dimostrato che i campi elettromagnetico e gravitazionale esternamente ad una sorgente con massa e carica possono essere rappresentati da un tensore di simmetria mista costruito da campi tetradici complessi. Qui si dimostra che si può trovare una forma esplicita di tali tetradi, che rappresentano il campo gravitazionale di Nordstrøm-Reissner e il campo elettrico di coulomb all’esterno di una sorgente statica con massa e carica.
