Summary

The elastic scattering of the fast positively charged particles in a single crystal is investigated. The angular-distribution function of the fast positively charged particles scattered by the crystallographic plane is studied when the momentum of the incident particles is parallel to the crystallographic plane. The dependence of the total cross-section on the thickness of a single crystal is examined.

Si esamina lo scattering elastico di particelle veloci con carica positiva in un singolo cristallo. Si studia la funzione di distribuzione angolare delle particelle veloci con carica positiva diffuse da un piano cristallografico quando l’impulso delle particelle incidenti è parallelo al piano cristallografico. Si esamina la dipendenza della sezione d’urto totale dallo spessore di un singolo cristallo.

Исследуется упругое рассеяние быстрых положительно заряженных частиц в монокристалле. Рассмотрено утловое распреределение быстрых положительно заряженных частиц в монокристалле, когда направление импульса падающих частиц параллельно кристаллографической плоскости. Подробно исследутся зависимость полного поперечного сечения от толщины монокристалла.
