A phenomenological approach to rescattering of mesons and antibaryons in a heavy nucleus

  • Published:
Il Nuovo Cimento A (1965-1970)

Summary

On the basis of a conceptual line developed in a previous publication a phenomenological model for the description of rescattering of mesons and antibaryons in a heavy nucleus is presented. Together with the previous work, this treatment allows one to set up a model-independent routine that can be used in different physical situations. The approximations and the reliability of the approach are thoroughly discussed.
