Summary
The semi-leptonic and two-body decays of B-meson with one charmed final state are described in the framework of Isgur and Wise theory by assumingξ(w 2)=1+bw 2+cw 4 and by taking for D and D* the physical masses rather than a common valuem c. With respect to the parametrization already proposed, pole or exponential, we get better predictions for the nonleptonic decays withb=0.95± ±0.11 andc=0.46±0.12. By releasing the theoretical requirementξ(0)=1 we findξ(w 2)=(0.89±0.12)+(0.62±0.37)w 2+(0.25±0.27)w 4 withξ(0) smaller by one standard deviation from the theoretical value.
