Inelastic alpha-deformed nucleus scattering at high energy

Summary

In this paper, the differential cross-sections of the inelastic scattering of alpha of energy 1.37 GeV on 2+, 3 excited states of12C are calculated by the method of the collective coordinate and high-energy cluster scattering theory. We think that the 2+ state of12C is a quadrupole rotational state, the 3 state of12C is an octupole vibrational state. The results are in agreement with experimental data.
