Summary
The author’s investigation of elementary-particle physics from a basis of general relativity, and the consequent implication of composite stuctures for all bosons, is applied to the problem of different lifetimes for the neutral short-lived and long-lived kaons. The predicted ratio for these lifetimes, sensitive to their composite structures in terms of pions and electromagnetic spinor fields of coupling, is found to be close to the experimental value.
