A high-spin γ-ray cascade in52Mn

Summary

In-beam γ-ray spectroscopy was performed in the reactions24Mg(32S, 3pn)52Mn and51V(3He, 2n)52Mn. The measurements of γ-rays excitation functions, angular distributions and γ-γ coincidences allowed us to identify the following new levels: 2285.8 keV, 8+; 2907.3 keV, 9+; 3836.0 keV,(11)+. The comparison with shell model calculations suggests that essentially high-spin states of the (1f 7/2)n-configuration are observed.

Sono state eseguite misure di spettroscopia sotto fascio con le reazioni24Mg(32S, 3pn)52Mn e51V(3He, 2n)52Mn. Misure di funzioni di eccitazione, distribuzioni angolari e coincidenze γ-γ hanno permesso d’identificare i seguenti nuovi livelli: 2285.8 keV, 8+; 2907.3 keV, 9+; 3836.0 keV, (11)+. Il confronto con calcoli di modello a shell mostra che vengono popolati essenzialmente stati di alto spin con configurazioni di tipo (1f 7/2)n).

Аналиэируются спектры гамма-лучей в реакциях24Мg(32S, Зрп)52Мп и51V(3Не, 2п)52Мп. Иэмерения функций воэбуждения гамма-лучей, угловых распреде-лений и гамма-гамма совпадений поэволяют определить следуюшие новые уровни: 2285.8 КзВ, 8+; 2907.3 КзВ, 9+; 3836.0 КзВ, (11)+. Сравнение с вычислениями в рам-ках оболочечной модели покаэывает, что в основном наблюдаются состояния с больщими спинами для (1f 7/2)n конфигураций.
