Behaviour of the functionZ 3(α) in 2nd class QED

Summary

Using the renormalization group representation of the 2nd-class photon propagators, we study the properties of the functionZ 3(α) near the two limitsα →α c, such thatZ 3(α c)=0, andα → 0. This reveals the physical importance that a determination of the type of the singularity ofZ 3(α) at the last limit might have.

Facendo uso della rappresentazione del gruppo di rinormalizzazione dei propagatori fotonici di seconda classe, si studiano le proprietà delle funzioniZ 3(α) presso i due limitiα →α c, tale cheZ 3(α c)=0, eα → 0. Questo rivela l’importanza fisica che potrebbe avere una determinazione del tipo di singolarità diZ 3(α) nel secondo limite.

Испольэуя представление группы перенормировки для фотонных пропагаторов второго класса, исследуются свойства функцииZ 3(α) в двух предельных случаях:α →α c, так чтоZ 3(α c)=0, иα→0. Фиэическая важность зтого реэультата состоит в том, что в последнем предельном случае может быть определен тип сингулярностиZ 3(α).
