Summary
The renormalized two-point function in the point-source Lee model with indefinite metric is shown to be continuous at short distances. A Ward identity for scale invariance in fixed point-source field models is derived. The dimension of the renormalized field is canonical. The appearance of logarithmic functions in the short-distance behaviour of the model is attributed to the lack of scaling among high-energy eigenstates.
